Your Mission

Your Crew

You will be part of a highly motivated team, eager to create a compelling console game. Together with your colleagues in Game Design you will be in the center of it all, working closely with programmers and artists to realize the vision for our game and bring it to market.

Mission briefing
  • Design and iterate features and feature content for an unannounced co-op first person action game made in Unreal Engine 4
  • Continuously improve and balance exciting action combat
  • Devise creative solutions to gameplay and balancing issues
  • Development of gameplay mechanisms and systems
  • Collaborate with world class developers
  • Aggregation and evaluation of user feedback and analytics
  • Produce and take ownership of design specs, balance spreadsheets, and other game documentation
  • Align your work with predefined metrics and technical requirements

Your Skillset

  • At least 2 years of work experience as Game Designer in the games industry
  • Participation in all relevant phases and stages of the production of at least 1 finished and released video game
  • Experience developing and scripting in Unreal Engine 4
  • Routine in the creation and maintenance of game design documents
  • Ability to breakdown complex problems into consumable chunks
  • Strong balancing, math, and flowcharting skills
  • High capacity for teamwork and excellent communication skills
  • Self-contained way of working and high level of self-motivation
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with Excel or equivalent calculation/spreadsheet applications
  • Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of project management and QA processes
  • Basic knowledge of game and graphic engines
  • A strong stomach for virtual blood and gore
