As a Community Content Manager (m/w/d) in our new live ops-focused publishing unit, you will be instrumental in defining the strategies for planning, creating, and publishing bespoke, on-brand content that attracts, nurtures, and converts relevant audiences throughout specific marketing funnels, as well as helping us develop a blueprint for working efficiently with our internal marketing and creative services teams. You see it as your mission to create a comprehensive content plan that educates, entertains, and seizes the hearts and minds of our legions of fans on PC and console. You love thinking outside the box and bring an openminded mentality to your own objectives while helping discover ways to further improve and evolve your team.   

Your Tasks

  • Be the main point of contact for our internal marketing and creative services teams in terms of content campaign strategy and creation
  • Help drive new ideas for scalable content and develop content campaigns from concept to execution
  • Create and manage content strategies focused on growing our communities through our various social media channels
  • Understand individual product strategies in order to build themes and topics for targeted personas
  • Leverage community, development, marketing, and cultural insights to champion our brand through creative content campaigns
  • Leverage your knowledge and understanding of influencers and influencer management to develop content creator focused marketing campaigns
  • Nurture relationships with ambassadors and influencers for our games, while helping define content creator programs, collaborations, and incentives
  • Perform content audits and identify gaps in content strategy
  • Introduce and maintain our brand voices by helping develop style guides to include tone,style, punctuation and grammar preferences
  • Help develop global content creation, management, and publishing processes that scale in a Live Ops environment
  • Help create and execute community focused content calendars/roadmaps to increase awareness and engagement
  • Help track, analyze, and optimize community and marketing related performance metrics relevant to our live ops publishing services
  • Be part of the core team of this new publishing unit and help align community and marketing goals to other organizational objectives

Your Profile

  • You have a great passion for games
  • You have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in game development or game publishing
  • You understand how multiplayer online games are marketed and how communities are built and engaged
  • You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills when talking to people inside or outside our industry
  • You address problems proactively and suggest solutions beyond your immediate field of responsibility
  • You like to research, identify, and report on new and interesting trends in community and social media
  • You are speaking/writing English fluently/on a (near-)native level. (Additional languages are a bonus)
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience managing community/social media focused content in a Live Ops environment
  • Experience managing influencers and influencer focused marketing content
  • Entrepreneurial attitude in helping to build this new team paired with the ability to think outside the box
