Koch Media’s Global Media & Online Services team is looking for a highly motivated team player with a professional can do attitude to support the team on online performance marketing & Social PPC campaigns for all areas within the Koch Media Group including games from our own IPs and global publishing partners, merchandise and more. You will work closely day-to-day with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams company-wide to ensure campaign organisation is set-up and well executed from the beginning throughout the reporting. The ideal person is dedicated to games, feels comfortable in a global fast-paced environment and has experience in the online performance marketing and Social PPC area.

Your Tasks

I. Key Deliverables (final deliverables depend on prior work experience)
  • Unleash the full power of channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, Amazon Marketing Services, Twitch & others
  • Develop, plan & execute local, EMEA and global performance & Social PPC marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with our (gaming) publishing units, global & regional marketing teams to interpret given objectives and make recommendations on related online campaign strategy
  • Monitor & manage online media campaigns on a daily basis incl. optimization, analysis and report of performance to budget and goals in terms of agreed KPI’s
  • Advice on the development & creation of related campaign assets & landing pages
  • Support on case-by-case global media initiatives

Key Stakeholders:
Work in a diverse group of cultures with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure campaign organisation is set-up and well executed from the beginning throughout the reporting.
Global Marketing teams, Global Partner Publishing, Regional Marketing & Communication teams, Finance & Accounting, Creative Services, International IT, external media partners

Your Profile

Essentials:
  • A passion for games & the entertainment industry is a must
  • Requires a BA in Business, Online Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong digital acumen with demonstrable drive and enthusiasm for the web and media
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in an international gaming- and/or online marketing related role
  • Hands-on experience in paid (social) media, display, SEO/SEM & programmatic on channels such as Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, TikTok and others
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • A team-first player, who has a strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as working independently with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and across multiple projects simultaneously including complex analysis to make recommendations and inform stakeholders
  • Expert user of business communication tools e.g. MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent level of German and English is required (written and verbal)
Desirable:
  • Third (or more) language(s)
  • Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce and/or Ad server technology
  • Knowledge of the German speaking gaming media landscape
  • Experience in international multi-territory campaign management
