The Localisation Project Manager coordinates the whole localisation process and ensures the overall linguistic quality of a variety of games across all platforms and genres. He/She supports the Head of Localisation and is responsible for the correctness of the integrated languages and all First Party terminologies by coordinating external testing resources.

Your Tasks

Localisation management:
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate the multilingual localisation of Deep Silver game titles and all accompanying materials and make sure the localisation requirements are fulfilled
  • Prepare the assets for the localisation vendors and for developer implementation, define the guidelines, tools, processes and workflows together with the development teams
  • Select, evaluate and track vendors while balancing quality and budget
  • Share best practices to developers and producing teams
  • Provide regular feedbacks to stakeholders
  • Manage several projects simultaneously
Localisation QA management:
  • Coordinate external testing resources
  • Review, confirm or deny bugs in the bug database and provide regular feedbacks to the testing teams
  • Proactively identify time critical issues
  • Ensure that the LQA is performed on time and budget, in the desired quality and also ensure all is prepared for a successful submission


Your Profile

  • At least one year of relevant work experience in localisation
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player
  • Decisive problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • University degree in computer science, language or related fields appreciated
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in Japanese or Chinese is a big plus
  • Great passion for video games across multiple genres and platforms
