Reporting to the Director of Digital Commerce & Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, bringing to market and managing the lifecycle of Deep Silver and Partners products. This is a great opportunity to work across a variety of key digital accounts and products within a dynamic and growing team in our international headquarters in Munich. Remote work via our local offices is also possible.  

The successful candidate will be passionate about the industry with a strong business acumen and existing experience in similar roles.
 

Your Tasks

  • Identify or create, assess, negotiate & close new business opportunities, striving for win-win.
  • Insure the best possible execution of such opportunities once a deal is closed.
  • Rationalize opportunities across multiple stakeholders, explain complex business model in a simple way.
  • Team up with product, marketing, commercial teams in the central organization.
  • Be solution oriented.
  • Develop & track KPIs and work closely with the Business Intelligence team to report and highlight areas operational improvement.

Your Profile

This position is open for candidates experienced in account management, digital sales and/or online marketing.
 

Primary skills and abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of working as a business developer, sales manager or commercial function.
  • Passion for video games and online technologies a must.
  • Ability to understand, design & implement complex business models.
