As (Senior) Internal Communications Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our HR Team at our headquarters in Munich and will work closely with the management and our international units at Koch Media Group. You will facilitate and improve communication among our staff members across the world to ensure that everyone can follow important announcements and company news, whilst ensuring everyone is familiar with the organizations mission, goals, policies, and expectations within our rapidly growing company.

Your Tasks

As main goal you act as an active facilitator of information, promote interest and collaboration within and between all Koch Media Group member companies and teams and build better working relationships within our company and improve our staff satisfaction.
  • Establishing a communication framework consisting of newsletters, feedback channels, ad-hoc news, background stories
  • Write news and stories independently whilst incorporating input from colleagues around the world
  • Work alongside local Koch Media companies to provide news and stories to be shared internally
  • Help tell our story, engage staff members, and ensure our international colleagues are informed about matters that affect them
  • Make sure that information is relevant, entertaining and up-to-date
  • Deliver the information in a modern way which is ideally accessible to everyone anywhere (mobile phones, browsers)

Your Profile

  • Several years’ experience in corporate communications with a strong focus on HR communications, preferably in digital entertainment
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Business, HR or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English skills
  • Proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Open, friendly and approachable character
  • Passion for creative storytelling and full of ideas that can motivate others to join and contribute
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with layouts and understanding of technical aspects of digital communication
